I Scope
This standard applies for ISO general purpose screw threads with a basic profile as in DIN ISO 68-1. It sets out limits of size for fine pitch threads with nominal thread diameters of 112 mm to 180 mm, with preferred tolerance classes.

4 Limits of size
The limits of size for fine pitch threads with preferred tolerance classes (cf. DIN ISO 965-1) have been calculated on the basis of the nominal dimensions as in DIN 13-5 to DIN 13-11, applying the limit deviations and tolerances as in DIN ISO 965-1.
