Clause 7.7.4
Delete the clause text (including Note) and replace with the following:
Warning notices shall have black lettering on a yellow background with a letter size equal to or greater than that detailed in Figures 1, 2 and 3 (when this document is printed in full size on A4 paper). Notices shall be provided at the following locations:
(a) At all entrances to the protected enclosure (see Figures 1 and 3).
(b) At each local control station (see Figure 2).
(c) At each automatic/manual switch (see Figure 3).
NOTE: The notice in Figure 3 is complementary to the notice in Figure 1 and should be located next to it.

Clause 8.2.1
Delete the ‘WARNING’ and replace with the following:
VARNlNG: AN AUTOMATIC/MANUAL SWITCH SHALL BE OPERATED
PRIOR TO ENTERING THE PROTECTED ENCLOSURE.
Clause 8.2.6
Delete the clause text and replace with the following:
System functional testing shall be in accordance with the commissioning section of AS 1670.1 and shall include the following:
(a) Operate the detection initiating circuit(s). Verify that all alarm functions occur according to the design specifications.
(b) Operate the necessary circuit to initiate a second alarm circuit if present. Verify that all second alarm functions occur according to design specifications.
(c) Operate the discharge manual control. Verify that functions associated with manual discharge occur according to design specifications.
(d) Test all system interfaces function as intended, e.g. air handling systems, dampers, equipment shutdown.
(e) Where installed, operate the automatic/manual switch. Verify that functions occur according to the design specifications. Confirm that visual and audible supervisory signals are received at the control panel.
