1.4.4 I)eck infihl
A plank or prefabricated platform less than 220 mm wide used to complete a platform when planks or prefabricated platforms do not modulate to suit the width of a scaffold bay.
1.4.5 Decking component
A discrete component intended to be used to form a platform within a scaffold.
NOTE: Types of decking components include scaffold planks (either modular, or non-modular). lap plates, prefabricated platforms, filler plates or deck infills.
