BS EN 6059-301 1 Scope This European Standard specifies a method for the sun light exposure of protection sleeve for electrical cable and cable bundles for aerospace application.It shall be used together with EN 6059-100.

5 Method The specimen shall be exposed to a light source as detailed in ISO 4892 for a duration as specified in the product standard.Ensure that all parts such as closures (if applicable) and printing face the light source.
6 Requirements All specimen shall meet the dimensions and expanding range as specified in the product standard.No damage or broken fibres shall be found after the test. All specimen shall meet the minimum tensile
