4.2.2 The controls specified in 5.6 (“cold starting device/manual choke” and “manual fuel shut-off control/manual fuel shut-off valve”) shall be located so that they are operable and within reach of the rider when seated. These controls may not be visible from the rider’s position.4.2.3 The position of the controls on the handlebars shown below shall be such that they can be reached without the rider moving his hand from the respective handgrip.
